I called C W Plumbing to see if he could come and look at my water heater because i had no hot water. He said he would be there in an hour and he looked at the water heater and said a thermal couple might correct the problem and it did. He is a very nice and honest person. I realized the water main to my house had a leak over the weekend and called CW Plumbing on Sunday to give me an estimate. Craig came right over at 4pm that day, gave me a great deal, better than all the other plumbers I contacted, and was at my house @630am the next morning, fixed the leak to our house and cleaned it up as if it never happened. Craig has been cleaning out our drains for years. Recently he installed a clean out in front of the house which took him twice as long to install. He still honored his original estimate. He shows up when he says he’s going to and does what he said he would do. That’s very rare these days.
